Appreciative Sales Coaching

When you work with our experienced executive coaches, we work to fully understand your employees and hone in on their strengths as the foundation for their improvement. Our sessions during the initial engagement consist of 14 one hour sessions every other week, in person or over the phone. Group work is conducted in person. At the end of each session, your sales team will be tasked with an engaging assignment designed to take your team closer to your organization’s goals.
